Simple Steps:

  1. Enjoy a free 50-minute consultation via Zoom or Google Meet.
  2. Upload your tax documents securely to the portal of our advanced tax software.
  3. I will have Q&A and prepare your tax return based on the documents you provide.
  4. You will receive an email invitation to review your draft tax return.
  5. If no changes are needed, upload your signed authorization 8879 to the secure portal.
  6. I will e-file your completed and signed tax return with the federal and/or state tax authorities.
    1. You will receive an email notification once your return has been accepted or rejected by the tax authorities.

Checklist to help you to get start:

Please prepare and upload the following documents to the secure client portal:

  1. Photo Identification – Driver’s license or passport.
  2. Social Security Numbers – For yourself, your spouse, and each dependent.
  3. Prior Year’s Tax Return – A copy of your most recent filed tax return.
  4. Income Documents – All W-2 and 1099 forms (including interest, dividends, and investment income).
  5. Mortgage and Property Information – Mortgage interest statement and property tax bill.
  6. Expense Records – Documentation of deductible expenses such as medical costs, education, childcare, and charitable donations.
  7. Health Insurance Information – Forms 1095-A, 1095-B, or 1095-C.
  8. Bank Account – For direct deposit of your refund (please specify checking or savings).
